Well it has taken a bit of time, but I am pleased to announce that I am online. My new personal website www.makemusichear.com features a collection of my production projects, music I’ve written and co-written and as well as promoting my private vocal coaching. Through the www.backroomrecordingstudio.com I have been working on many exiting projects for many years and I am looking forward to many more. I am anxious to create music and pass on my education of producing and vocal coaching. I have been very fortunate to work with some super talented people in my life. I’ll be keeping you posted on some great projects that I am working on so keep a look out! MAKE MUSIC HEAR!

The JMBB(The Bigger Band) is playing Boston Manor this weekend, Friday Oct 29^th(9PM). Boston Manor is at 4460 Fairview St, Burlington….at Appleby Line

Boston Manor is one of the finest large rooms around with Pool tables and great food and on Fri Oct 29^th, Great Music, too!

The Johnny Max Christmas Party is coming up on Dec 4^th(We are at The Harp on both the 3 & 4 ) with both The Heart Attacks and The JMB playing all day, along with a number of special guests, this will be another great charity day. Last year we raised over $3500 for “Sleeping Children Around The World”

On Saturday Dec 11^th The JMB are a part of a Christmas Fundraiser “Music of The Soul” for The Erin Mills Youth Centre with a concert and silent auction and door prizes at The Erin Mills United Church, 30120 The Collegeway, Miss. 6:30PM start. Tickets are $30

Ronnie James Dio Dead :Ronnie James Dio, whose soaring vocals, poetic lyrics and mythic tales of a never-ending struggle between good and evil broke new ground in heavy metal, died Sunday reportedly due to stomach cancer. The news was confirmed by his wife Wendy Dio,Last November after he cancelled a European tour, it was announced that Dio was diagnosed with stomach cancer and was being treated at the renowned Mayo Clinic.

We recently were given the opportunity to record a song that will part of a CBC documentary about the Horse trade industry. Seems that there is a big market for selling Horse flesh as a consumer product through Canada because its illegal in the US. On hand were songwriters Kevin and Kim Brown and Steve Clarke with support from Naomi Gontier. Co-producing was handled by Warren”Wiggy”Toll(currently on tour with Gordon Lightfoot) and Adam Gontier of Three Days Grace.
